Tom Moultrop and Patty live in Florida, USA. He was 60 when he was diagnosed in October, 2015. His initial PSA was 33.00 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 10, and he was staged T4. His initial treatment choice was Surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy) and his current treatment choice is None. Here is his story.

THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2018 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

On October 13 2015 I was told I had stage 4 prostate cancer.

On December 17 2015 I had surgery which took 6.5 hours to clean out the margin area. Never had a PSA that dropped to 0. Never took any hormonal drugs and was told that was the only way to cure the prostate cancer. The problem that I had was that in August 2015 I had renal failure, which complicated everything.

Today treating an elevated PSA with no drugs and quality of life is pretty good considering all that has happened. This is a great place for information. Thank you for your efforts to help people that are in turmoil with prostate cancer.

Education is your Best defense. Tom
